Free cancellation: you need to inform us 3 days before arrival by e-mail. If not, you will be charged the first night fee. 'No show' (not showing up, and not cancelling your stay by email 3 days in advance) will be charged the full price of your booking. After your booking is ready you will receive a confirmation email from Us (check your SPAM box just in case) and that's it!.
At the moment of your booking we will charge 30% deposit from your card. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining payment amount for your stay should be done upon arrival.
If you want to reserve rooms on 31 December 2022, you’ll have to book 2 nights in a row, otherwise the system will show no room left. WE WILL CHARGE THE TOTAL PRICE FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU MAKE ANY CHANGE OR CANCEL.
